| okay so today I did pretty good. I was SOOO mad they ran out of salads at lunch again! So today I had a bowl of cereal, a ham and turkey sandwhich, a caesar salad from mcdonalds, and black bean soup at cantinflas. It was really difficult going out to eat bcuz everything was like loaded with calories. And my uncle kept saying I was starving myself and I was like um no. Im not anorexic. | omg I did horrible. Ughhh they didn't have salads today at school so I resorted to eating fruiit snacks and a ham and cheese sandwhich. Also I didn't have time to workout bcuz I got tutored but I guess thats ok because Im still sore from playing tennis yesterday. | Omg I haven't written in over a year! Okay so Im trying to shape up for 1st week so Im gonna keep a dialy food journal to help me track my calorie intake and also keep track of my workouts. Okay so today.... Workout: played tennis for an hour (about 400 cals) 450 Calories and 3 miles on the eliptical for 30min Food: Bowl of cereal w/ silk milk and blueberries, flat rock black and bleu cheeseburger and fries, cappechino, banana, a few croutons and nestle choc chips, turkey sandwhich Eatimated Intake: 2,000 calories Estimated burned: 850 calories current weight: 198 | | |

Ugh. Today didn't go so well. My friend and I went to Jack and the box
and got cheeseburgers and fries and a milkshake for lunch. So I havn't
eaten anything the rest of the day. Well, I went to a chinese buffet
with my friend like an hour ago but I had like 5 grapes. Ugh I am still
stuffed from Jack and the Box. Fast food = death. haha well, I g2g!
